Definitions

Account Registration & Management

Withdrawals & Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to all verified rk111 account holders who have met the KYC requirements outlined in Section 3.2. Players whose accounts have not yet completed the verification process may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending the submission and approval of required documentation.

6.2 Processing Times

6.4 Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds

Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that remain subject to outstanding wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will not be included in any withdrawal request until those requirements are fully met.
